Michael Ceppi is the Chief Executive Officer of Alan Gray LLC and has been involved exclusively in the insurance industry since 1986. Mike’s experience includes audit and analysis of hundreds of claim programs, valued in excess of $50 billion. His areas of expertise include Mass Tort, Reinsurance, Program, Professional and High Severity claims of all types. He has been very active in the convergence of capital markets and traditional insurance markets and has developed several specialty products in this growing marketplace. As Chief Executive Officer, Mike oversees all operations at Alan Gray LLC, participates in audit functions and provides consulting services to clients.
Mr. Roach has been involved exclusively in the insurance industry since 1986. Paul is a licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts. As President of Alan Gray LLC, Paul oversees the management of the firm, and is actively involved in all technical aspects of audit and allocation. Paul has extensive experience in various mass torts, as well as workers’ compensation, pollution, environmental, and construction defect claims.
Bryan Enos is a key member of the AGRM team, acting as the Managing Director for our Finance and Operations practice groups. He leads the overall onboarding of new books of business and all aspects of the financial reporting process. His professional history includes over two decades at an insurance carrier focusing on all facets of accounting, and acting in a senior role managing Premium & Loss Reporting, Reinsurance Premium Payable and Loss Recoverable processes. At AGRM, and previously at Armour Risk Management, Bryan manages operations for an insurance company in liquidation, including all claim, finance, actuarial, and compliance work.
Mr. Brown has worked exclusively in the Insurance Industry since 1997, providing a wide variety of Actuarial services in both primary insurance and reinsurance. Peter holds the FCAS designation, from the Casualty Actuarial Society. In his current position, he has been involved in reserve valuations, including actuarial opinions, claims analytics, pricing commutations, and the pricing of potential acquisitions such as loss portfolio transfers. Peter has extensive knowledge in reserving Workers' Compensation, A&E, Personal Auto, Construction Defect, and General Liability. He has provided expert opinion on Reserve Adequacy through actuarial reports and opinions.
Mark Dias is an insurance claims professional with approximately 40 years of experience. He is responsible for managing A.G. Risk Management’s claims and reinsurance staff with oversight for a variety of claims, including general liability, auto liability, construction defect, workers compensation, environmental and reinsurance claims. Mark has worked for several insurance companies over the years, holding a number of senior-level management and technical claims positions. He also practiced law for several years at a prominent Boston insurance defense firm, where he concentrated in representing insurers in coverage disputes and extracontractual litigation.
Rebecca Ely has been involved exclusively in the insurance industry since 1982 specializing in Workers' Compensation claims. Her organizational strengths have been utilized through claim oversight and project management assistance in developing workflows for efficiency and compliance to include communication to and training of staff. Rebecca also serves as a vendor liaison for multiple business partnerships monitoring contractual compliance in conjunction with internal workflow executions associated to those partnerships.
Graham Loxley is an experienced senior manager with extensive technical claims knowledge and is well versed in external client management. Graham's expansive knowledge within the Insurance Industry includes the management of Complex Claims, Claims Adjusting, Settlement/commutation negotiation, broking, underlying claim review/audits, and claim development analysis. He specializes in long-tail Property & Casualty, resolving Environmental and Asbestos Claims and other latent liabilities. Graham travels extensively in the United States and Europe handing major and contentious losses, participating in litigation, formal mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Lynne Young joins A.G. Risk Management with a diverse skill set including project management, finance management, and operations management. Lynne independenly developed the claim system utilized by AGRM, and coordinates data transfers and workflows for loss portfolio transfers and third party processing. She also works directly with State Insurance Departments to administer books of business in liquidation. Lynne manages all IT Infrastructure and Management Informatiion Departments at AGRM.
